Campaign, Marketing Collateral

Challenge:

We were asked by the Metro Design Team to come up with a fresh campaign to raise awareness about train safety. They needed a design that would be effective in simultaneously being eye-catching so that it would literally cause pedestrians to look up and also eye-pleasing as these ads would be strewn across Los Angeles.

Solution:

The ads were designed to resemble the popular split fountain rock-and-roll posters of the 60s and 70s as they are filled with bright colors and an iconic design that’s almost instantly recognizable. The campaign was in both English and Spanish and displayed on hundreds of billboards, bus benches, trains, and magazines across Los Angeles.
