Challenge
Take a building with only 53% occupancy and recreate a compelling brand that drives traffic, increases engagement, and excites new potential tenants.
Solution
We designed a vibrant brand that highlights the lifestyle of Water Garden, its tenants, and events. We modernized the website, wayfinding, and communication for better functionality, ease of use, and excitement! We re-branded in the summer of 2020, in what would now be considered the most challenging time for commercial office buildings to acquire new tenants. Water Garden is now at 98% capacity.
