Take a building with only 53% occupancy and recreate a compelling brand that drives traffic, increases engagement, and excites new potential tenants.
Solution
We designed a vibrant brand that highlights the lifestyle of WaterGarden, it’s tenants, and events. We modernized the website, wayfinding, and communication for better functionality, ease of use, and excitement!
We re-branded in the summer of 2020, in what would now be considered the most challenging time for commercial office buildings to acquire new tenants, and now Water Garden is at 98% capacity.
Through the rebrand of Weekday Studio, two of our top commercial real estate properties in Los Angeles have been completely transformed. Where everything was disjointed before, we now have a cohesive website, leasing materials, and branding that has led to our brokerage team signing more leads than ever.
This investment has really delivered- prior to this rebrand we were at 53% occupancy and now we are at 98%.
